Philodendron lynamii is a Peruvian endemic and considered one of the most beautiful species in the genus. When given optimal conditions, the leaves open up a deep pink color so bright they seem unnatural. The color slowly fades to green over time. Despite its rarity, Philodendron lynamii isn't too fussy of a grower and has more a scrambling growth habit than climbing (similar to sp. El Choco Red or luxurians).
