Water Club Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Carnivero Water Subscription! This service allows you to access premium Reverse Osmosis (RO) water for the cultivation of carnivorous plants and animals. By joining our subscription, you will have access to up to 100 gallons of RO water per month at our storefront. Please review the following policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience with our Water Subscription service.

1. Subscription Overview

• Service Provided: Carnivero offers Reverse Osmosis (RO) water available for pick-up at our storefront. This water is specifically intended for the cultivation of carnivorous plants and is not intended for human consumption.
  
  

• Monthly Membership Fee: The Water Subscription is priced at $4.99 per month. The fee is charged on a recurring, monthly basis starting from the date of sign-up.(TBD Bassed off service used)
  
  

• Water Allocation: Each member is entitled to up to 100 gallons of water per month. The water may be used in any increment, but the maximum monthly usage is 100 gallons. Water usage will reset at the beginning of each billing cycle.
  
  

2. How to Access Water

• Pick-Up Location: Water can be filled at our Carnivero storefront, located at 13029 Fitzhugh Rd, Austin, TX 78736, during our standard storefront hours. We will provide dedicated water fill stations for your convenience.
  
  

• Water Transportation: You must bring your own containers or water transportation receptacles to fill. All containers must be clean and suitable for water transportation. Carnivero is not responsible for any damage to your containers during the filling process. Water containers may be offered for purchase based off availability.
  
  

• Filling Hours: Water is available for pickup during regular storefront hours, which are Friday 10 am - 4 pm, Saturday 10 am - 5 pm, and Sunday 10 am - 4 pm. Please check our social media for updates on hours or special closures.
  
  

3. Membership & Billing

• Self-Renewing Membership: Your subscription will automatically renew each month on the same day of the month you originally signed up. The recurring payment of $4.99 will be charged to your payment method on file.
  
  

• Cancellation & Refunds: You may cancel your Water Subscription at any time by contacting us at Service@carnivero.com. Once canceled, no further charges will be applied, but you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer partial refunds for cancellations made before the next billing cycle.
  
  

• Payment Method: Payments for the Water Subscription will be processed automatically. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your credit card or other payment method for the monthly membership fee. Please keep your payment information up to date to avoid service interruptions.
  
  

4. Usage Guidelines

• Water Intended for Specific Use: The water provided through this subscription is intended solely for the cultivation of plants and animals. It is not safe for human consumption. Do not use the water for any other purpose, including drinking or cooking.
  
  

• Monthly Limit: You are allowed to fill up to 100 gallons of water each month. If you exceed the 100-gallon limit, additional water may be available for purchase at a separate rate, subject to availability. Please contact us for details on excess water availability.
  
  

• Water Quality: The water is purified using a Reverse Osmosis system, ensuring that it is free from contaminants and suitable for plant and animal cultivation. However, Carnivero does not guarantee specific water quality parameters, as conditions can vary based on system performance. Typical range of our RO water is under 25ppm which is ideal for carnivores.
  
  

5. Member Responsibilities

• Container Guidelines: You are responsible for providing clean and appropriate containers for water transport. Containers should be sealed to prevent contamination or leakage during transport.
  
  

• Proper Use: By subscribing to the service, you acknowledge that you will use the water for the intended purpose as specified in this agreement.
  
  

• Abide by Storefront Rules: When visiting Carnivero for water pickup, please follow all store policies and respect our staff along with other customers. This includes following all health and safety protocols and guidelines that may be in place.
  
  

6. Termination of Subscription

Carnivero reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Water Subscription at any time if we believe that the terms of service have been violated, or if there are concerns about misuse of the water. In such cases, no refund will be provided, and further access to water may be denied.

7. Limitation of Liability

By subscribing to the Carnivero Water Subscription, you agree that Carnivero is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from the use or transportation of the water. This includes, but is not limited to, any damage caused by water leakage, improper use of containers, or misuse of the water itself.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Carnivero values your privacy. Your payment and subscription information will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of processing payments and managing your Water
