In Store Pickup

In Store Pickup is available for all orders.  We strongly encourage pickups during our storefront hours.  Please schedule your appointment here for the storefront. (Note that appointments are primarily to ensure we have space for you in our parking lot.  You can visit our storefront at any time during open hours without an appointment)

  • Friday: 10 AM - 4 PM
  • Saturday: 10 AM - 5 PM
  • Sunday: 10 AM - 4 PM

Pickup-only times can be accommodated 12 PM to 4 PM, Monday through Thursday, but please be patient with wait times.  Ring the front gate doorbell during these hours for service.

Please have your order number ready for pickup.  All plants picked up curbside will be potted and there is no need to purchase additional pots/soil.  Unpotted wholesale plants will remain unpotted however, but we do offer a potted option for some plants.  To ensure your order is ready for the pickup day, we ask that you complete the order by 8 AM that morning so we have enough time to have your plants ready.  When your order is ready, you will receive an email.   If the order is not picked up within three weeks, the items will be restocked and store credit will be given.

In the event of severe weather and emergency, we reserve the right to halt local pick-ups in dire situations. Please contact us if you are unsure if we are available. We are during these holidays (and observed days):

  • Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Day (December 25th)

Please note that we take the safety and security of our staff and facilities seriously and have cameras and other security measures throughout the premises.
