Curbside Pickup
Due to overwhelming interest from our local customers, we have decided to offer curbside pickup. Pickup times are Monday-Friday from 12-4PM. All plants picked up curbside will be potted and there is no need to purchase additional pots/soil. Unpotted wholesale plants will remain unpotted however, but we do offer a potted option. To ensure your order is ready for the pickup day, we ask that you complete the order by 8 AM that morning so we have enough time to have your plants ready. When your order is ready, you will receive an email giving you directions to the our curbside pickup address in Southwest Austin (it's not the PO box address!). Once you arrive at the greenhouse, ring the doorbell at the front gate and our staff will be out to assist you. Please have your order number ready. If the order is not picked up within three weeks, it will be cancelled and store credit will be given.
In the event of severe weather and emergency, we reserve the right to halt local pick-ups in dire situations. Please contact us if you are unsure if we are available. We are also currently not open for pickup during these holidays (and observed days):
- New Years Day (January 1st)
- Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas Day (December 25th)
Our storfront is now open and pickups will be available through there as-well as the ability to shop the greenhouse while onsite, please schedule your appointment here for storefront shopping.
Please note that we take the safety and security of our staff and facilities seriously and have cameras and other security measures throughout the premises.
