Shipping Ranges And Weather Protective Packaging

Plants are living things and each variety has an acceptable temperature range which we can guarantee live arrival.  If temperatures are outside of this range, shipments can be held or shipped with Cold Weather Protection Plan.

Temperature Ranges

-Temperate plants - (20F- 100F) 

-Highland and Intermediate Tropical plants (35F-100F).  If applicable, see our section on Aroid Shipping.

-Lowland Tropical plants (40F-100F)

Weather Protective Packaging

Heat packs provide protection against temperatures that are down to 10 degrees below the recommended temperature range.  

Cold Weather Protection Plan provide protection against temperatures that are down to 20 degrees below the recommended temperature range please read the full outlined Cold Weather Protection Plan in the product description. 

Warm weather shipping kits provide protection against temperatures up to 20 degrees above the recommended shipping range.

For XL plants or quantities of 5 or more, please inquire with us on the cost of larger hot/cold weather shipping charges. We do have larger insulated boxes that can accommodate any size plant.
