Nepenthes mirabilis var. globosa x hamata seems to be one of the best hamata crosses with a lowland species we have seen. The plants take on hamata's best features and are extremely vigorous under lowland and intermediate conditions. This cross would give all you growers in Florida, Hawaii and other warm environments the ability to grow a very hamata-esque plant without the fuss of refrigeration or hefty AC bills.
