Anthurium cutucuense
Anthurium cutucuense is an Ecuadorean endemic with amazingly bizarre trisect leaves with a bullate texture. The species is limited to a few mountainous areas where it grows climbing through cool forest habitats. It's one of our favorite aroid species; however, it's got some different cultivational requirements than most other Anthuriums. The plants succeed best under humid and cool conditions (days in the 70's and low 80's with nights dropping into the 50's and 60's). Please note that this is an endangered species and although these plants were legally obtained from a sustainable source, many plants circulating in cultivation are not.
All photos are the exact plant for sale. They are guaranteed to have good roots. We will ship potted since this species does not respond well to root disturbance.
This product is considered an Intermediate Tropical plant. Please see our Aroid Shipping guidelines and Shipping and Guarantees policy.
Most of our products come with multiple shipping options. For those that are unpotted, you can add Pots and Soil a la carte.
